Becky Stern Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ensure a seamless and transparent shipping process for your convenience and satisfaction. Below are the details of our shipping process.
Shipping range
- Countries: We currently ship within the USA, Canada, and Mexico
- Future Expansion: Expansion to other shipping areas is being considered.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday thru Friday). Orders are not processed on US holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer UPS or USPS for domestic shipments to the USA (2-10 business days, depending on selected service). We offer UPS for international shipments. UPS is available for orders shipping to Canada (1-3 business days) and Mexico (2-5 business days). Please contact us if you have not received your package within this timeframe.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Becky Stern LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, Mexico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Becky Stern LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
